Suggested instructions for play:
Using the number set, place a disc containing a number inside one of the lily pads. You will have four extra discs containing numbers, which will complete the set 0 through 10. You can arrange the numbers in numerical order or arrange them as the player chooses. A player draws from the stack of cards and hops to the number that is indicated on that card. The player will learn how to identify the number and also the spelling. You can add variety to this game by verbally asking the child questions, such as which foot landed on the number he/she had drawn from the stack of cards. Was it the right foot or the left? You can also ask the child how to spell the number which they had stopped on.
- Non-skid and non-breakable rubber mats - 15" lily pad
